L-Cross Drill For Game Play Simulation & Agility
Try the L-Cross drill as a team exercise to develop agility while at the same time conditioning for game play. The L-Cross drill has a unique way of getting athletes moving at high speeds in space while working on their footwork, spatial awareness and overall agility.
This is a great drill for youth and high school athletes. You can even add an extra twist to this drill by tossing a ball to athletes as they come out of their final breaks. Test this drill out and let us know what you think!
