Perfect Drills For Change of Direction 👣

Coach John Walker creates an awesome agility drill to help his athletes develop better change of direction and lower their 5-10-5 drill times.  This drill, dubbed as the L-Cross drill, is designed to force athletes to change speeds, change direction, and to apply proper foot placement when using different techniques after changing direction.  In doing this drill, athletes are not only working on their ability to change direction, but also they are working on their footwork and conditioning.  This is a great drill for all age groups.  Try it and let us know what you think!
